Anyone remember that song from the Mama's and the Papa's? i remember the song, i just had to look up who sang it because i was a wee one when i heard it.
So i made a light box this weekend like someone suggested to me on one of the etsy forums i visited last week. i still need a big clamp on light for the top, so once i get that i'll be redoing all my pics in my shop and adding new ones.
I didn't get as much done this weekend as i would have liked because my gallstones acted up.
do i sound old or what?? at least my corns behaved themselves...hehe
i am finishing up a purse i am making for a dear friend and i hope to complete some tassels this week as well. i just need to watch what i eat.
my son Josh has called several times, and he's back to his "i want you to do this", "i need a ride to such and such" etc. i missed a couple of his calls on saturday, for which i feel really bad about, but i don't want to go down this path with him either, which is why i haven't called him back, i realized last night. i do feel back though because i don't want him to think i reject him altogether, so i will call him back tonight. i stayed up last night trying to remember when i had Josh at home and he was just josh. before he decided to take that alternate path. it has been a while.
so my oldest son, Sean, called last night and we got to talk to him for 13 minutes this time. I can't wait to visit him in 2 weeks. partly because i miss him, and partly because i can finally have my gallbladder removed when we come back! Ha!
